Abducted from Home and Never Returning
Captain Parker Quote
“What disposition was made of them [SaskinaxÌ‚], whether they have been detained at Attu or on board some Japanese naval vessel or have been taken back to Japan for confinement…I cannot say.”
September 14th, 1942
This imprisonment on Attu lasted up until September 14th, 1942. On September 14th they all were put onto a coal carrier ship and traveled to Kiska. There they transferred onto another merchant ship and headed for Japan. It took two weeks to arrive in Japan.
